Boss Lift

James Dicks, Florida ESGR State Chair, in partnership with the 927th ARW at MacDill, led an Employer Outreach event through the Boss Lift program. The event allowed employers to observe military operations, understand USERRA rights, and witness Guard and Reserve members in action. Dicks emphasized the program’s goal of giving employers firsthand insight into their employees’ military duties, providing a better understanding of their civilian workers' commitments during military service.
